Rude and disrespectful

So i went in to PEP store suncity branch to buy nspappied and return boots i bought in a similer store in another city now the manager Lerato told me return them back to were i bought them so i tried to explain to her that i was not going to zeerust anytume soon so i wont be able to exchange there .she then helped me then the store went offline my friend asked and she ask her wat was her business in the store systems i then told my friend to keep quite she attacked me telling me that to shut up i got angry we ended up in a screaming match she ended up calling me a straatmate and called security to manhandle me . i called the call center to complain clearly PEP does not care about customers
