Rude and bad listener

I am so frustrated and don't understand how pep stores can hire a girl so rude to service paying customers. First of all I tell her to help me I need to pay my dish, she the continues to chat with a friend and at her own time then asks again how can she assist me. I told her again then she comes back and said you should have said, me trying to explain that I had told her before she then become rude shouts at me and tell me she won't assist me immediately calls the next person on the cue. The supervisor comes ignores the situation and takes me to the back of another que to be helped by another teller promoting what the shouting teller said when she told me she won't service me.
