Rude and bad customer service

I was there, and a store cashier named Tshepiso gave me attitude, while I was trying to point out the poor service they were giving us, then the store supervisor names Sharon(name stands to be corrected) said Lydia who left left with no explanation,does not owe the customers and me and us 'in the queue, after we were there e for Long , we queued, for long without an explanation of why she left counter with a long queue, this lady said this with elders in the building without any consideration of our feelings....
