Rude

To start off, thanks Pep for your range of kids clothing, they are affordable and of good quality. I have always enjoyed shopping in your stores, well until today. Today at around 3pm I did my shopping as usual and got to the till, greeted the lady who was helping me- PHUMZILE is her name. As she was busy assisting me, I asked her where they keep earphones coz I wanted to buy. She gave me attitude and became rude telling me I should get off the till she wants to help th next customer because I am wasting time. I was confused and puzzled because she is not done assisting yet I have to get off the till???? And anyway who am I supposed to ask for help in store if not her? Is this how customers are treated at Pep Wonderboom Junction? I will never set foot in that store again because of the treatment I got, even though she ended up helping me full of attitude.
