******* service from PEP store staff

Today 20/08/2021 I asked my wife to send me some package from Ermelo Mpumalanga, to Kimberley at diamond Pavillion pep home. They refused to help her because she didn't know the code and had to go back without sending my package. What makes me angry is I've been sent more than 4 packages since I'm away from home but they have not asked for codes, so meaning somewhere somehow there are double standards.
