Rotten Customer Service

I was given a rotten service in that store! Palesa gave me a rotten attitude by commanding me to hang up my phone while talking to my wife. I gave her R50 asking for R15 Telkom airtime and she didn't have change. I understood and took out R10 instead while on the phone. That's when she shouted and asked me to hang up the phone because she was busy assisting me. I refused because the call was very important, then she pushed the money back to wards me and leaned against the back shelves. She gave me a Mxm response with I Don't Care Attitude that's when I took pics of her and left. I did come back asking thee other lady for the store code hoping she'll apologize but she never did. I'm never shopping in any of the Pep Stores again. I'm gonna make sure my family does the same.
