Roodepoort - TIRED/ RUDE / *********** SUPERVISOR MONICA

I'm very unhappy with the service I received from the supervisor on Tuesday. I bought a few things last week Saturday and didn't know that the boots is a small cut. I couldn't find the slip but the tag and everything is still on. The security took me to Monica, she was already not in the mood it seems to help any customer. I explained the boots is small and went to go look for my size. There wasnt any I went to bwck to her she didnt offer to check if there's another branch that maybe has a bigger size she automatically assumed I want a refund. I got upset the way she was hanging on the rail speaking to me. I then asked to speak to the manager. The manager was off. I then had to call customer service from my cellphone. I told her customer service said she must contact the area manager. The area manager didnt answer still she didnt offer to check for a bigger size. She's hanging and walking up and down ignoring me bluntly. I called customer care again they said i should tell Monica to get a superior to assist me. The floor assistant came and questioned if she can assist. While speaking to the elderly lady Monica came out and went into the cellphone counter opposite. The elderly floor assistant took my contact details but still the manager hasn't made contact.
