Robbing Customers Blindley!!!

<p>Today I purchased a jacket from PEP stores in Darras Centre Kensington...I bought a size 40 and realised that I wanted it to be a little bigger...I went back and exchanged it a few minutes later...</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid R119.00 for the 1st jacket, when I got to the tI'll to do the exchange the woman said I need to pay R10.00 more...so I asked her why and she said that PEP stores charge's customers more for bigger sizes!</p> <p> </p> <p>I explained to her that that can not be possible as it i's the same exact item, she called her store Manager Martha who said the same thing, so I told Martha that I would take the jacket at R119.00 or she must refund me, Martha did not even try to resolve my issue and jmy old the cashier in a very abbrupt matter to "Just give her back her money!" </p> <p> </p> <p>I told then that they do not have any signs stating that bigger sizes will be charged at higher prices, we as customers should be informed somehow about this...this is the 1st time I've heard that any company does this...</p> <p> </p> <p>I shop at Mr Price, Jet, Edgars Jam, Chinese shops , and flea markets and none of the mentioned companies charge clients more for bigger sizes!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>It is the same item and it should all be the same price and if otherwise PEP should have a big clear sign stating otherwise so customers are aware of what they are doing and can choose to shop there or not!</p> <p> </p> <p>Very dissapointed with the customer service received from the store itself! </p>
