On Saturday the 28/05/2022 I went to PEP store Protea Glen the one next to clicks to do a PAXI send for the very first time and my experience was horrifying.

I told the lady I want the fastest PAXI. My package was inside a box. The lady didn't advise of any plastic sizes so she just hand me the plastic and ask me to put my package. As I try to fit in my package,I told her the plastic is small and my package doesn't fit. I requested for a bigger size but she said its impossible to make an exchange and they can't refund me.

She called her manager who also refused to give me another plastic nor refund me. She informed me to leave my contact details and that she will call me to come get my money once that plastic is sold to another customer but today is Monday and I never received their call.

I'm still waiting for my refund.

For the record I went to Tekkie Town in the same mall and my PAXI was done successfully with no hussles.
