I bought an A11 samsung , two days down the line the phone freezes and typed letters nonstop. I requested an exchange which was made on 23rd July. 7 days using the phone its freezing,can't type anything until I have to switch it off and on again. I am frustrated as I believe I was taken for a ride. This phone was on special. Got me thinking that they know the problem. Bianca is the cashier who assisted me and didn't divulge anything to me.
