Rip-off

I purchased a new Samsung A20 from PEPCELL 25 days ago. Last night i have put the phone on charge and woke up this morning to find the phone screen cracked without ever dropping it. PEP refuses to help. Selling bad quality products seems to be their objective. Rude and poor staff!!!!!!!
