Ridiculous service ever

Pep at town Square mall I bought school shoes with some items of uniform different sizes of shoes with two transactions but when i reach home i found out that 1 pair of shoes does not fit my boy but i lost the receipt i paid with a card transaction is showing that i bought at pep i wanted to change the size did not want the refund but they refused to change for me i ended up buying another pair this is so so wrong
