Ridiculous service by PEP HOME NORTHGATE and Gloria

I went to PEP Home Northgate to buy a small and the cheapest cell phone about 15 minutes ago, they had displayed a R149 price but charged me R159 for it, a very rude and unwelcoming Gloria told me how it was non of her concern that I had to pay more for the phone, I had enough to pay for the phone but felt it should have been explained in a decent manner that it was the shop's mistake, Gloria instead denied that it was false advertising and refused to assist, thanks to Khangwelani, her colleague who helped nontheless, Gloria you are the most rude and ridiculous staff member at PEP HOME NORTHGATE MALL
