Ridiculous service

Bought a phone from them 1st February 2024 and I took it back as it was faulty and still today I don't have a phone, went back to the store and manager Lesego was not bothered and didn't care, wrote an e-mail to their customer service no one has contacted me only that they have received my complaint. Bought the phone at PeP Lemontree in Alberton.
