Ridiculous price change in 5 days

I'm writing this with a very heavy heart.so I only buy pep brand school shoes for my daughter as it's the only brand that fits her due to her having a very broad foot.....I paid R109 feb 2017......last week (4/01/2018)I walked into pep thinking I might as well buy the shoe now.... Price was still R109 then I forgot her size.... We walked into pep yesterday 10/01/2018 and the price is R179. 99 how ridiculous is that.... A mark up of R70.... Now my anger comes in cause there's lots of parents that can't afford buccaneers of R300..... So they opt for pep brand.... How dare pep do this 2 the ppl...... I'm really upset cause..... Lots of ppl don't know what the price was 5 days ago and still buying it cause there children needs it and it's cheaper then the normal.... I bought it cause my child only wears that and yes she needs it..... I'm really really cheesed of about this
