rica system???

I am writing this email as an unhappy customer, I wen to pep store in joubet street Johannesburg to buy a sim card. They told me I can rica the sim with a proof of residence that has been sent to my email which was a bank statement. Where as I was at pep stores in roodeport to buy a sim card not so long ago and the lady helped with this to rica my sim with the proof of res that wa sent to my email.

The lady at your store did not want to assist me and she could not provide a reason as to why she could not take the proof of res that was sent to my email. Everywhere else the proof of resident that was sent to email is acceptable even when opening an account in a bank they accept it and this lady at your store refused after explaining to her that I do not get my proof of resident via mail I get it via email. She told me its not her problem, she’s not going to take it. I’m not sure if it’s the pep its self where they don’t train the staff as to what they can accept or I am in the wrong for providing a proof of address that was sent to my email. Please make t clear when coming to rica in your stores that when you rica the proof of residence must be in a hard copy. I see no use because you don’t even take it you just right down the address and give it back. This is unacceptable
