Rhetorical questions.
Why does your staff have such an extremely ill viewpoint of customer service? Why does your staff misrepresent positive customer service? Why don't your staff care if you return OR not? Why does your staff always make their internal issues the customers problem? Why does your staff have such poor body language, are they tired, are they sick, why are they always leaning against something? Why is it that there is always just one teller available when there is six or more customers waiting to pay? Why is all the other staff members watching from a distance and not assisting the customers when there is three available pay points and unattended? Why do they not greet you first? What is the problem with your staff when I greet them and they DO NOT even respond? Why is the back of the cashiers counters so untidy? Why does your staff have no pride in what they do? Why is it that when you need assistance the staff members just look at you with a blank stare until you ask them for help? Why is it that when you ask the staff members questions in regards to them not assisting they respond with aggravated, intentionally rude remarks? Why will I refrain from supporting all your outlets again? Why does your company not see that there is no customer service in their outlets? Does management turn a blind eye?
