PEP Home Alberton City, is one of the worst when it come to customer service. We lost cellphone in the store, and we notified staff-including store manager. Hoping that, we will be assisted with CCTV footage, we got different responses regarding that: (cameras are not working, and it might be customer who stole it.) Store manager said-She will escalate the matter, and cameras will take three weeks. After days: As store manager never call me back the following day, as she promised, I decided to call their call centre. And Store manager called me and said; "I'm sorry I can't assist, as it is stated that cameras don't cover the side where cellphone is ******." I'm so surprised, as the were no securities as well. How safe are we as customers, or customer service is not their number priority?...
