Repair overdue

I Africa Sydney Buthelezi bought a samsung A02 Mtn at Pep Cell in Letsoho shopping centre in katlehong,i brought it back for repairs on the 15th of June 2021which is still under guarantee but it doesn't seem that as no feed is given i have done countless follows and I'm not happy with the service i have received i have been told to wait 3to 4 weeks that time has exceed, Khanya the manger has not made an effort to let me know of any resolution as i need a phone which i use as a tool at work it's important for me to have a phone, that is why i bought a phone knowing it has guarantees its been over 3months and nearly 4months now it's really frustrating, it comes to a point where i have to write a review as i have given the store time but no one is responding well
