RELEASE THE FOOTAGE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS IN REAL TIME

My mom just lost her phone at the lakeside branch on the counter and we requested footage of who stole the phone (could be staff or unknown person) and they are saying it takes a week to review the footage. A whole week ??? what if someones child got kidnapped/grabbed in the shop? would it take a whole week to get the footage?? madness you guys need to fix this, what is the point of having cameras but yet not be able to use them in emergency time? we spoke to the manager Thabo who is calling the area manager Marius or whatever his name is we will blast this until it is resolved.
