Reject clothing
PEP sells reject clothes.I purchased a onesie for my son's Pyjama day and the legs are not the same length and it's EXTREMELY visible.I contacted the head office on the 11th May 2026 and till today nobody has called me back regarding this issue.I even have a case number #CSA001LR2N

10 Jun 2026, 16:03Today I received a call from Koketso who is a manager at PEP Northmead mall.He told me that I should return the onesie for a refund or I can take something else.Honestly I think this is unacceptable.This onesie was for pyjama day at my son's creche and he Did not go due to the reject onesie I bought from PEP.I paid for him to attend the pyjama day at creche and I was told I cannot be refunded my money.I am unemployed and I used my son's grant money to get a taxi to Northmead mall and also to purchase the onesie and pay for pyjama day.
So now I must take out money from my pocket to go to PEP and get a refund of which I am going to use again to get a taxi back home.They were not remorseful at all. Their level of compassion is none.I was not even offered anything like a voucher perhaps to say sorry.So I must get a taxi with money that I need to borrow and go to PEP for a refund which will pay for my taxi home and also pay the taxi money I borrowed.All I will be doing is traveling and stressing all because of PEP and what a complete waste of my Son's grant money😞 basically I will be paying debt and for taxi with the refund...what a waste honestly because I won't even be able to buy food or any clothes for my son with It.I don't feel that you are sorry and you do not treat your loyal customers well.
I am a loyal customer I even have your Plus more card to show that I always shop at PEP.
I am really hurt with the feedback I got it pains me to see that after all the support all I get is a "Come and get your money back" and that's it. My case number is CSA001LR2N I sent emails from the 11th of may 2026 and only today I get a call and the person who calls doesn't even care about my issue I Am SHATTERED with this whole ordeal.I cannot believe this.
