REIMBUR*****T PLEASE

I am very disappointed in them, was involved in a armed ******* in on of their stores on the 31.08.2021 at 11:30am. All I asked was for a reimbur*****t of my son cellphone that they took and my monies as well. I went through all the different channels in order to get that. 1ste email was send on the 2 September 2021, 2nd email has been send on the 6th September 2021, received a phone call from the area manager (Pieter Pace) after that email after I've send the second one and his name was Pieter Pace. Explained to him my situation and only asked him to reimburse that cause all their stuff that has been taken will be fully reimbursed after their insurance claim go through but what about that's the customer. He also said that it won't happen as per their legal team, I asked him to provide it on email as per what was said as per telecon and he couldn't. The next day at 15:15 received a call again from Pieter Pace(area manager) to provide him with the original proof of payment of the 1ste cellphone and I have provided that to him. He asked me why it wasn't on my name and I told him per email on the 8th September 2021 at 07:19am that it was bought on my sister's name and she works at Van Schaik Head office and I payed it off over 4months. Can someone tell me who has monies laying around to buy a phone cash?

Eversince this happend nobody come to me asking if my son needs any counseling after what he went through, NOBODY. For me as a parent I need to do that on my own and it's very traumatic as for he never went through something like this before. He doesn't even want to set foot that side again after what happened. Other companies do ask their customers do they need counseling but they didn't do any of that.

As for this I only want the reimbur*****t of the new phone that was bought by other people's in order to pay them back. As per I told Pieter Pace I am the only parent working in my household and that's all I want to be given back and my monies that has been taken.

Guys this is really not fear providing them with all the information and no feedback up until now.
