refusing to refund

We have recently purchased a cell phone from one of your stores, and on the 2nd day of having this phone it gives us problems while one is still busy with typing or whatever the screen just goes off by itself and it loses signal for no reason.<br> <br> Today the 17 December at 12:00 I had an work interview and desperate for work o am, so we thought totake this phone back to where we bought it around 10:45.<br> <br> The manager there then refused to take the phone back because she has to wait to see when the problem arises which no one can tell. She also more than once refused me to call your head office.<br> <br> We then went to two other stores but was just told that it has to be the store I purchased it from, I went back three times which cost me petrol and stress as I've now lost the opportunity to obtain a job because the manager at Pep Krugersdorp (Gladys) refused to take back the item.<br> <br> Our car is also giving problems and with all this having to drive up and down it caused more damage now how will Gladys at pep fix our car and my employment. Still I'm stuck with this piece of **** phone and a slip with a 7 day return clause on it which obviously means nothing.<br> <br>
