Refusing to give me my paxi parcel I have been tracking my paxi parcel which was dropped by the sender on the 18th August

Refusing to give me my paxi parcel I have been tracking my paxi parcel which was dropped by the sender on the 18th August. I have been tracking it online . It was dropped by the courier on the 26 August at pep the crossing in Mahikeng. I went to pep showing them my tracking status. They refused to give me my parcel, the manager stated that I must receive sms with a pin of which I didn't receive. She called Paxi and it showed in their system that my parcel is at Pep the Crossing in Mafikeng. Im so furious, frustrated and disappointed. Please help me to get my parcel. I waited so long
