refused to laybye

was at the store on monday the cashier refused me to laybye a few items which i had advised that i will come collect friday she even confirmed with collegues nd they advised her that they only laybye school uniform now. to my surprise theres nowhere on the slip where it stipulates that after that they just ignored me, i was so angry im never visiting that store again and the manager ( Tshepiso) is so rude didnt even want to refer matter to her cos she gives people attitude.
