refuse to enter shop with parcels

Yesterday we were shopping at Goldfields Mall in Welkom. I entered the Pep Stores shop in the mall with a small shopping bag and was told to leave the shop because I am not alowed to take any parcels into the shop. I were humilated because there were many people in shop. No sign or anything that says bags are not allowed.
