REFUSAL TO REFUND/RETURN FAULTY PHONE

Good day I hope you well I bought a stylo phone on friday last week( 07/02/2025) at Pep wonderboom. The phone is very slow to an extent that I can not even make calls or receive calls sometimes. So when I returned to the store today they told me that they can't accept the phone because the nature of the phone is slow, which I find it very wrong because. 1. nothing states on the phone description and features that the phone is supposed to be slow. According to the policy I am eligible to return the phone if it is giving me problems within 7 days of purchase which I did and they refused to take it. I even went as far as calling customer service.
