REFUSAL TO REFUND

I am utterly disappointed about the treatement I had recieved from Pep Latlhabile Mall. This is what happened. We bought the shoes for Orphans at a nearby Promary school. More than 20 Pairs. We are currently reqyesting for a refund of only 5 pairs because they are the wrong size. PEP IS REFUSING. I am doing this for kids who dont have parents, I am doing this for children who go to school without shoes. The reason for a refund is if Pep doeant have sizes I am willing to buy somewhere where they are going to TOP UP with another 20 Pairs. The POOR ORPHANS are held ransom by Pep because I need to EXChange, No.

I am sure a big store like PEP understands the sensitivity of this issure and if you cant take your shoes Im going to write on twitter and facebook how Orphans are being held RANSOM by Pep. I cannot go to schoeman I need to do other charity work and kids needs me.
