refund request denied

on the 22/12/2025 bought some items at pep Cresta mall using my bank card.went to the store on the 23/12/2025 to requesting for a refund but The manager at Pep cresta mall is refused to give me my refund on the Item i had purchased. Explained to her that the lady at the till had forgotten to give my till slip, well I requested for them to check on camera if it was given to me or not but they refused saying then don't have cameras at the till....then later the manager instructed the employee to tell me to contact PEP customer service, I told the lady that I don't have air time to call can I use the store phone but she said well there's nothing they can do since their phone only works internally i had to live the item at the store because i was furious. and disappointed . On the 24/12/2025 I called customer care which I did but they all unbale to assist me, ***, ***, ***
