Refund request

I bought my child a cellphone for her birthday at Pep cell mall @ Carnival 12/11/2022 only to find out that her dad also bought her a phone. I tried to return back the phone to the shop on the same day actually after few hours after purchase since i was no longer in need for it, but the staff member refused to give me a refund. I later sent an email to *** and they promised to escalate the matter to the regional manager to assist further but up until today i have not heard anything from anyone. Can someone please contact me because i am sitting with a phone that is not in use when i can use that money for something else.
