REFUND FROM PEP STORE

I transferred R3000 at pep store tramshed and the money was withdrawn without my concern. I did not send the pin and the withdrawal number to the person who withdrew the money. I have submitted complaint to pep headoffice however there is no progress provided on the investigation. I WANT MY REFUND.
