Refund/Exchange

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Trend Neo at one<br> of the Pep Cellular Stores , but I ain't happy<br> with the device I actually wanted a Samsung<br> Galaxy Trendy Plus which is worth more than<br> the Samsung Galaxy Neo. I went back same<br> day to ask for a refund as I wanted to buy the<br> phone else where since I wasn't happy with<br> the device but I was told they don't do refunds<br> or exchanges on cell phones. Now i'm stuck<br> with a phone I don't want. I'm just so<br> dissapointed that they couldn't take the phone<br> back I didn't even use it actually I never even<br> left the Mall before going back to the store &<br> asking for a refund. If possible can Pep<br> Allocate the nearest Pep store where I can<br> just get the Samsung Trendy Plus & give back<br> this one & pay the difference. It ain't such a<br> big deal yet they making an issue it's not<br> broken or anything.
