Refund Denied

I had purchased a cell phone on the 27th of January 2025 at pep brookside mall when i had set up the phone it was not working well the phone was extremely slow today when i tap on a app it takes long to open .so i had called the store to ask if i could come in and get a refund because apparently these phones softwares are not good and the phones dont last i was told that there's nothing they can do and they are unable to refund now im stuck with a phone that's slow and my money is wasted very sad with how they go about these policies and it's only been a day .
