Refund

I made a laybye on the 20th of June but due to looting I could not get my things. The store is at Evaton Mall and now is trading and I called their customer care to make a cancellation and I was told that general manager will call me. It's over 5 days and still waiting. Yesterday I went to the store and got no help and I called again and they said the area manager will call but I am still waiting for their call
