Reckless Courier Service (Broke clearly marked FRAGILE items and tampered with package)

We sent two packages via PEPs Paxi courier service after we got some 'good reviews' from friends of ours. We made sure to send our packages, CLEARLY maked as FRAGILE, after the Christmas rush to ensure that the goods would be handled with care and get to their destination IN ONE PIECE. Sad to say, that didn't happen. It wasn't just crackes or chipped, it was crushed into a MILLION PIECES through multiple layers of bubble wrap AND being INSIDE A BOX!!! Even a solid wooden candle holder was broken into PIECES! How careless could you be (or illiterate, because apparently your courier staff can't READ INSTRUCTIONS) to outright obliterate someone's package like that and have the audacity to let someone pick it up when it is clearly shattered inside its package!! Package was also clearly tampered with. The irony of all is the item INSIDE THE BOX's bottom half was shattered to pieces, yet the lid was still solid in one piece. Inside the same box? How even?
