REALLY DISAPPOINTED

Wednesday 30th June I went to Pep in Westgate mall Mitchell's Plain to take out my lay buy. Then after waiting for 30min they tell me that they can find it. I was ask to give my details they'll call me when they get it. I then didn't receive any call so I went back today and they said they still didn't get it and I need to take my money back. I then ask them to source my goods from different pep as I need what's in the lay buy and I was told they sorry they can't. I really don't see the point in making a lay buy and this happens which only tells me that they not doing their work properly. And yet I'm still sitting with my lay buy slip. I'm very disappointed.
