real dissapointment!!! worst service ever!!!

<p>Two days ago I bought a samsung phone from Pep Kleinmond, I ask the cashier if the phone will be able to download all the apps I needed as Instagram and my capitec banking app, she said it will do all that, after taking the phone home I realised that the phone is not able to do that, I took the phone back as I can not do anything with the phone, I felt embarrased as I took word of the cashier and not tested the phone first while in the shop, the lady helping me first was Noxie, she was very nice ad called the manager, Nicolene was very rude and in front of all the customers said to me from the office in a loud voice that I can stand there the whole day but she will not take the phone back, I refuse to use this phone, as there is nothing I can do with it as I need certain apps, I know PEP doesnt really care about their customers but this is not right, and I was not treated right. Inever give any company ad reviews as I also work in retail, but I feel that people should know how PEP treats their customers. So at the moment I have no phone to use and I really just wanted a nice phone again.</p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Laurika</p>
