I would like to escalate a complaint about one of your cashiers Nosipho, On the 02 May 2018 I purchased at PEP stores, Lenasia Signet terrace (PEP 6125) at around 17:15 to 17:37: Nosipho has an attitude and a character of a ***** and ******* I paid my goods by card and Nosipho gave me my goods and decided to hide my card, usually as soon as a customer is done with their card transaction the cashier should give them their card back, but Nosipho didn't and I believe she did this intentionally because it was late, she saw that I was in a hurry and pre- occupied and took advantage of that. Moreover I made another purchase but with cash when I bought airtime, and at that time she had the opportunity to give me my card but she did not, I had many parcels that I left at the parcel counter again she should have used that opportunity to give me back my card but she did not, Secondly she swiped one top I bought twice instead of once.
