I would to get advise regard a cellphone I bought from Pep (Cravenby in Cape Town) on Tuesday 05 August 2025. The phone was bought for my mother who's a pensioner. She's not happy with the phone cause the screen is flickering and it's affecting her eyes. I took it back to the store to request for a exchange. But was told that it can't be exchange. I don't understand cause It was bought just 2 days ago. The slip state that it can be exchanged within 7 days. It's now only 2 days in so I don't understand why they're refusing to exchange it. Can you please advise with assistance as to what can be done. Attached is a copy of the proof of purchase. Thank you advance. Looking forward to hear from you. Regards Francois
