Yesterday afternoon I visited a nearby Pep store. I bought an item and I was very pressed and was in need of a bathroom and I am 5 months pregnant. The public bathroom was out of order.

As I finished with purchases a white lady walks in and asks the white manager for the bathroom and she happily agrees and walks with her to the bathroom. I immediately followed and asked for the bathroom too.

The manager told me that the bathroom is not open for customers yet I told that that lady asked for it and you never complained. She explicitly told me (in a very rude ****** manner) that the bathroom is not for you people or customers. The lady who asked for the bathroom is her pregnant daughter. I said to her I am also pregnant. She then became very very and told to go do whatever I want even if I go report her she doesn't care.

I walked away and asked for her name and surname from the cashier.

I have always been a loyal Pep store customer . This has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth, that managers of such a reputable outlet refer to Africans as you people. The level of ****** and disrespect is alarming.

I doubt I will ever make use of the store. Despicable.
