****** behaviour at pep

Rude horid behaviour by staff member nyolo,she was on phonec,let me stand at tills waiting to authorise price changes,finally paid and could find the slip,the security guard pulled me in ,rummaged thru my stuff ,thru it on the floor ,i asked them to go back to their system and look at receipt they just did .they refused.i paid with my bank card ,i could get a statement,they carried on rummagin,eventually it was found ,it was a racial issue ,the guard and the supervisor ,no store manager there at that time was extremely ****** .no professional behaviour .
