Racial Comments

On the 10/2/15, My sister went to return a phone that her boyfriend had bought her on the 6/2/15 , because it had a scratch and the phone was not charging properly, the battery life would only last for like 30 mins. The supervisor became emotional and defensive resulting in an argument where racial comments were made because we are not South African born . She could not even understand the warrant and its terms as stipulated, I tried to explain to her that it was not in her capacity to refuse to take the phone for repairs as it was the experts responsibility as per warranty which was in hand, the other staff member joined in the argument which I later told my sister to pack the phone back in the box and we can leave.<br> The main issue is that the supervisor must know and understand public relations.
