Rabelani the manager at PEP HOME IN NORTH GATE

I’m so disgusted by the insensitive service I got from PEP HOME NORTH GATE today, I went to the shop to buy my wife (who broke her leg) a cellphone, I had my driver’s license card, her ID card and our proof of address, a lady by the name of Naledi told me they couldn’t help without the person buying the phone, I explained the situation to her and said she couldn’t walk due to her broken leg, she took the matter to her INSENSITIVE manager called Rabelani who said she didn’t care about the customer’s condition, I requested that maybe one of her staff could accompany me to their parking lot to confirm that she was there and in pain, her master response was her cameras must see the customer walk in her shop with her broken leg which we had to do and she wasn’t bothered at all, didn’t even care to help her with some urgency, instead she just went on proving to her staff how superior she can be
