R50 overcharged and no apology after realizing the mistake.

I bought clothes at Pep Barclay Square in Pretoria-Sunnyside. My total came to R801 and some cents on the side. Only to find out that I was overcharged with R50. Monday the 4th September I took back the clothes and at first they made it seem like I got 1 item for free because it was not appearing on the slip, but Boitumelo who was assisting me on the 1st occasion, scanned Pyjamas twice because one of the 2 pairs of sneakers did not want to scan. Instead of ringing the other pair of sneakers twice because they were identical and the same price, she ringed pyjamas twice which were R50 more. Boitumelo was said to be on leave when I returned the clothes. But, when Tshepiso and Ndivhu who were assisting me finally realized Boitumelo's mistake they gave me back my money after a long 30 minutes of calculators and rescanning the items over and over again. There was no admitting of the mistake on their part, no apology for the mistake and no apology for keeping me in the shop for that long. I was so ****ed when I left the store, I just wish people could learn to apologize when they are wrong. It will not take anything from them and it will not make the day longer.
