Queuing for 55minutes

Yesterday i visited the above mentioned store to buy a few things for my soon to be born baby. I had come from work and i was with my 2 sisters. The store was very full upon our entry and one of my sisters went to queue while the my other sister and myself picked the things we wanted. Soon we joined the queue and we stood there for about 55 mintues waiting to be assusted. There were only 2 cashiers at the tills and the rest of the 4 tills were closed. 1 of the 2 cashiers was also manning the queue at the parcel counter. I find this to be an appalling level of service to have 2 cashiers servicing customers on month end Saturday of the 27th. I took pictures to attach to this compliant to show how bad your store looked and it was at this time that i was verbally attacked by the 2 ladies you will see on one of the pictures.
