Putrid service at Pep store west street Durban

I was at Pep in West street Durban, the one next to McDonalds. The ladies at the till refused to help me post a Paxi parcel, until I left. I then got ahold of the area manager’s number, hwr name is Desiree. With whom I agreed I could go back ti the store and get my parcel. When I returned, i was threatened with assault by a lady called Zama, who said to me I was lucky she was in uniform othwrwise she would have taken me to the streets to give me. A proper beating. This is after i said to her it’s sad how we have to know superiors to get help. She furthwr went to say so my motive is to prove i know people. This is just a rushed summary.
