Putrid Customer Service At Pep

I've been in contact with Pep customer care regarding the stock of a particular cellphone. The person that responded suggested stores in a different province and then suggested stores that are far away. I've asked if they can deliver a device to a store near me and they said no. Putrid customer service. It seems like the person dealing with the query was doing me a favor. At this point, the device should be given to me for free due to the putrid customer service and time wasted as compensation.
