pure, trashy, misleading service at pep burgersfort

my younger sister bought a phone at pep store in burgersfort- 8326, she didnt have her I.d and rica documents and was just checking, was force sold the phone and was told that if she doesnt like it she can always return it by the sales assistant, the sales assistant went as far as doing the rica WITH HER OWN DOCUMENTS which is basically ********** for her to that just to push sales and now out of the sudden after she was told she can return it within the 7 days she is now told she cant return because there is nothing wrong with the phone, and shes being told if she had read the receipt though pep's trusted advisor had force sold her the fone with false expectations and went as far as doing the rica with her documents which ive never had off before and also told her if she doesnt like it she can return it within 7 days, so she was basically sold the fone under false expectations, forcce old the fone to reach store targets or sales asisstant daily targets and now she must just deal with it .I expect you'll guys to be competent , to assist clients to the best of their ability while giving expect advise because they the ones that are trained to do this job, and i wont expect this nonsense that your sales assistant and now giving and saying she cant now return, first of all for the sales assistant to rica the fone in her name was just pure wrong and further more failing to now take it back is also wrong due to teh wrong advise she gave.Please get the regional to call me back immediately.
