PURCHASED DEFECT HANDSET

On the 24/11/2016 i bought a cell phone from Pep cell at Siyabuswa Mall. I noticed that I cannot hear an incoming call due to a faint ringing sound. I then tried to increase the volume, and there was no change. I returned(29/11/2016) the handset to the shop. A Pep Cell employee tried to fix it and then called the manager who also confirmed that the phone has a defect. She took a new similar phone only to notice the very same problem.

She requested that I should come the next day(30/11/2016). she referred me to a Vodacom representative by the name of Tumelo Moepya( ********** 526) who told me that there's nothing they can do and I should get used to the handset.

My contact details are ********** 929; email: ********** Pep Cell contacts: ********** 854

Your assistance concerning the above matter will be highly appreciated.

Kind regards.

Cliff Mathebula
