Purchase a basket but it was not included in my parcel

Good day

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my purchase at your store in Pep home Boardwalk on 30/09/2026

I purchased several items including a washing basket, which I paid for,however upon arriving home and opening my parcel, I discovered that the cashier did not include the washing basket in my parcel even though it was paid for.

I have attached a copy of my till slip as proof of purchase.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter because I been trying to make arrangements to get the basket and calling the branch for updates cz they told me area manager we drop the basket at pep home Motherwell on 8/10/2026 but that didn't happen...no update or what so ever.I called them today regarding the basket but the person who answered the phone said she knows nothing about the basket and she will call me back till now no update.
